Selection process

In 14 months from recruitment to permanent placement

Within the detavast trajectory we have different phases to match, find, and develop the suitable candidate for your organization. Naturally, you are closely involved in the entire process.

From the intake to the permanent placement within your organization, you are at the helm and we carry out the tasks to make the right match.

Our approach

The phases

Intake: together we will look at your wishes for the perfect candidate. This way, we ensure that we will find the perfect match for you.
Recruitment & selection: based on your requirements and wishes, we search and select candidates. After our extensive screening process, there will be an interview between you and the candidate. You then get to decide if you want to continue with this candidate.
Theoretical training: over the course of two months, the candidate is trained and guided to become a Pega Senior System Architect within the BPM Company Academy.
Practical training & coaching: once the candidate has obtained the agreed Pega certification, the practical phase begins, during which they will gain hands-on work experience. Throughout this phase, the candidate is supported and coached by BPM Company.
Transition: after the end of the secondment process, the candidate will transfer to your organization without additional costs, provided that they function properly and all parties are in agreement.
