Pega GenAI goes beyond traditional AI by leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate complex processes. To support credit analysts in their work, we developed a demo that simplifies the preparation of credit analyses. Using Pega and a GenAI tool, the demo automatically analyzes annual reports and generates structured data through intelligent prompts. The results are presented in a standardized format, allowing analysts to create reports faster and easily review or adjust them—eliminating the need for manual data collection.

How Does This Work in Practice?

Imagine a credit analyst needs to prepare a credit analysis for a client. Normally, this means manually reviewing annual reports and financial statements, comparing figures with previous years, and entering all the data into the report. With Pega GenAI, the process is much more automated and faster. For example, the analyst might ask, “Provide an overview of the financial performance of client X.” Pega GenAI automatically retrieves the relevant data and organizes it into a structured template. After a quick review and correction, the complete credit analysis can be exported. What once took days can now be done in just a few clicks, while maintaining high quality and accuracy.

What Does This Mean for the Future?

Although the demo was tailored to a specific customer request, the potential of Pega GenAI is clearly much broader. It can be applied to analyze sales trends, forecast inventory needs for the coming year, and more, all based on historical data. In the coming months, we will continue to innovate by deploying Pega GenAI technology with multiple clients across various industries.
