BPM Company launches Academy

In 2019, BPM Company started setting up its Academy. BPM Company Academy handles the recruitment of young professionals and provides Pega traineeship and trainings to clients. For the young professionals, a specific 2-month training program was set up in which the professional is certified at the level of Pega Senior System Architect. By launching the Academy, BPM Company wants to meet the market’s growing demand for certified Pega System Architects.

Since the start of the Pega traineeship, BPM Company has successfully taken on 8 trainees. 6 trainees have now gone through the 2-month training period at the training center in Zeist. They have started working for a number of clients and are going through the trainee process by “training on the job”.

Throughout the traineeship, the trainees receive personal guidance from BPM Company by means of monthly coaching and feedback meetings. The trainee is also paired with a content coach, who offers them intensive guidance in becoming a real Pega specialist.
