BPM Company scores a 8.2 during the annual customer satisfaction survey

BPM Company has helped a lot of new and existing customers with their digital transformation as a Pega Partner in the past year. We help our customers with Pega professionals, delivery teams, consultancy, training, and our detavast concept. We are proud to have received an 8.2 customer rating for our help during our annual customer satisfaction survey.

Focus on long-term relationships

Long-term relationships are a core value of BPM Company. We build these relationships by empathizing with the customer’s situation, coming up with realistic solutions together, and honoring agreements. It is great to see that this is confirmed in the scores and individual feedback. We also received feedback that our professionals are good listeners, are proactive and open, and can switch quickly between tasks.

Quality of our Pega professionals

It is our ambition to be the Dutch quality market leader in Pega. The key to this ambition is the quality of the professionals, who do not only have Pega knowledge, but also have the right competencies. You could say the ‘8+ professional’. We are therefore very pleased that our Pega professionals were rated with an 8+ for the second year in a row!

Challenges on the Dutch labor market

There are of course also points of improvement.  The Dutch labor market is a well-known challenge as far as Pega professionals in The Netherlands are concerned. This challenge affects both our customers and us. Almost every customer has a shortage of (internal) Pega capacity. Although we understand the situations and challenges our customers are in, we are not always able to fill all the requested capacities. This applies to the hiring of both Pega professionals and teams, as well as the trainee who joins the customer after a year.

In 2023 we will pay more attention to this through the following actions:

  • Recruitment: we will further expand our recruitment team to attract more Pega talent, for both ourselves and our clients.
  • BPM Academy: as an Authorized Pega Training Partner, we will help our customers to increase their internal Pega capacity. BPM Academy offers an up-to-date training curriculum focused on Pega certifications for developers and business analysts.
  • Collaboration with universities: we will establish more partnerships with Dutch universities and colleges together with Pegasystems. We hope to increase the visibility of Pega and create more interest in it among young talent.

We would like to thank our customers for their trust and appreciation. Hopefully, we can do even more for you as a Pega Partner in 2023. We look forward to future cooperation and new projects.
