Step 4: Working within your organization

After certification, the trainee starts at your organization. During this period, the trainee gains practical experience in your team, with continuous guidance from our Field Manager and fixed evaluation moments.

Step 5: Risk-free employment

After 2,000 hours of practical experience, you decide whether to hire the Pega consultant. If you perform well, this will be done without acquisition costs.
