Succesful networking event for Pega trainees at BPM Company Academy
On July 13, BPM Company hosted the second meeting for current and former Pega trainees of BPM Company. As part of our traineeship program, this is the time to catch up and share experiences. A valuable opportunity to continue investing in each other in terms of knowledge, development, and experience.
Presentations about PegaWorld and GenAI
The meeting at our new office in Utrecht got off to a great start. We started off by sharing the highlights of PegaWorld iNspire 2023, which we also attended as sponsor. Jan Willen van Asperen talked about the autonomous enterprise, process mining, and GenAI. Pega Developer Bo van Ommen elaborated on the latter topic by giving a knowledge session on the impact of GenAI on work as Pega Developers. Topics included the future of GenAI within the Pega platform was also discussed and how to bring it up within projects.
Sharing experiences
After these sessions, the trainees split into groups to discuss their experiences, challenges, and success stories as Pega System Architect. A great opportunity for the trainees to get to know each other better and exchange experiences in an informal setting. The conversations continued during a joint dinner to conclude the evening.
Traineeships at BPM Company
The BPM Company’s traineeship is specially designed for graduates and young professionals who want to get started as Pega Developer. BPM Copany organizes the traineeship program together with a number of clients.
Trainees are trained, certified, and coached to become a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in 15 months at the BPM Company Academy. After getting their certificates within the first two months, the trainees start working at our clients’ organization, with BPM Company remaining responsible for the guidance and coaching of the trainee. In this way, many clients have already been able to increase their internal Pega organization with new Pega talent.
