“For my studies, I moved to Amsterdam to attend the Vrije Universiteit. I wanted to pursue a career in the business world and therefore chose Business Administration. It quickly became clear that I have a strong passion for people and for working with others, which led me to specialize in HR Management at master’s level.
After graduating, I was keen to move into the IT sector, as I find technology very interesting. I joined DeltaISIS, an ICT organization, where I first completed a nine-month IT traineeship and worked as an IT professional. This allowed me to truly understand and speak the language of IT. When the HR manager left the organization, I was given the opportunity to transition into an HR role. Exactly where my ambitions lay. I became responsible for HR and recruitment within the organization, which at that time consisted of approximately 35 employees.”

“After that, I moved to CIMSolutions in Vianen, an ICT organization specializing in Computer Integrated Manufacturing. There, I held a role similar to the one I had at DeltaISIS, with responsibility for HR and recruitment. This included absence management and reintegration, employment regulations, drafting employment contracts, company car fleet management—in short, HR in the broadest sense of the term.
As the company continued to grow, I gradually began to feel less at home. In 2019, I started exploring new opportunities. Around that time, I was approached by Robert van El, who was working as a recruiter at BPM Company. We had an engaging conversation, after which I also spoke with the CEO, Eelco Vissinga. What stood out to me was how closely Eelco’s perspective aligned with my own. He has a highly people-centered vision, with ample room to make decisions from a human perspective. That immediately felt right. I joined BPM Company in April 2020.”
